Apartments For You in Historic Alton celebrates Ribbon Cutting Event! On October 6th Apartments for You in historic Alton is celebrating a ribbon cutting event announcing the grand opening of nearly 200 apartment homes located on Washington Avenue. There are four complexes owned by Brandonview, LLC which were acquired by the owners, Brian Hayden and Diane Scott in February of this year. The complex names are as follows: Maple Manor, Cherry Hill, Cedar Lodge, and Pine Meadow Court apartments.
Apartments for You management along with construction company Brandonview LLC has single handedly improved the look of Washington Avenue with their exterior improvements. Owners, Brian and Diane, who are residents of St. Louis, saw the great potential of these buildings and are in love with the surrounding historic architecture. They have invested thousands of dollars and loads of time into the interiors of each and every unit. “We hope to be a lasting improvement here in the Alton area, we are just getting started!” says owner Diane, of the improvement projects they currently have in motion at each building. They also have great visions toward future improvements.
Invitations to this memorial event have been sent to Mayor William Moore, the Growth Association’s Ambassador Committee and The Telegraph newspaper. However, ALL are welcome, especially prospective tenants! There will be refreshments, carnival style snacks and games provided. Other prizes include: discounts on first month’s rent, new appliances, area restaurant gift certificates, consultations with home décor specialists, professional moving services, cash prizes and much more! The event will take place in the Maple Manor courtyard starting at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 6th 2007.
